THE MISSION

CDS Medical was founded in order to work exclusively in the field of otolaryngology. In 1997 CDS Medical formed a working relationship with four other consultants to service the fields of family practice, neuro-sciences, ER and general surgery.  The goal of the organization is to help every physician, single specialty group, multi-specialty group, HMO, hospital, clinic or other entity find a qualified candidate for their position (Client). Additionally, CDS Medical wants to assist every qualified  physician, including residents, fellows, academics, military or practicing physicians, find their ideal practice opportunity (Candidate).
